Let's Understand Environment
“Our environment, the world in which we live and work, is a mirror of our attitudes and expectations.”
Whenever we hear the word environment we tend to presume all nature-related things. But to clear clouds of darkness, one should know that an environment doesn’t only signify a natural environment but also includes a working environment and a personal environment.
Think of a Sunday morning waking up when the first rays of
sun strike over the face, the light chirping of birds and rustling of leaves
just leave one frozen. The dew drops over leaves gently brush over the face
giving one the liveliness one needs for a day. Environment besides being an attractive
world where one can articulate itself is also a great teacher. The exquisiteness
that makes it so unusual is the individuality it possesses. Where we are able to
learn perseverance from a tiny spider, solidarity from dwarf ants, generosity
from trees, ignorance from the river, endurance
from wind and dynamism from the sun.
“We won’t have a society if we destroy the
environment.”
When one thinks about what an idyllic environment should exist for human beings. The answer varies according to one's requirements,
outlook and desires. Well, it can be a sociable and cooperative one or a sombre and ceremonial one. But one being in a society shouldn’t support or be
a stereotype. One should abide by the rules of society and never encourage evil
practices such as untouchability, female foeticide and dowry. For a reason to
maintain a healthy functioning of society one should cooperate and harmonize to
establish great relations with others and to blossom in it. One should be
empathetic to be able to put himself in another's shoes.
